|Passing 6th Street Bridge, Los Angeles|
La Jolla Art Association, 8100 Paseo del Ocaso, Suite B
The 6th Street Viaduct is a monolithic bridge connecting cultures from early in cosmopolitan Los Angeles through last year, but it has also been a landmark for love, drama, and death in films and photographs. The bridge is dismantled now, but was passed by commuters for decades, many of whom of whom had reverent knowledge of this structure and its significance to Los Angeles history. The passing of the old bridge will soon be over. The new replacement bridge will be a pedestrian wonder. Hollywood film history for the 6th Street Bridge.
